At Carats4Less, we prioritize providing consultation and guidance to ensure you receive the diamond you desire.  Before your purchase, we are happy to send you the IGI, GIA, or EGL diamond lab certification report, along with video and images of your exact stone. Lastly, each diamond undergoes a thorough inspection and evaluation by our diamond experts before shipping, to ensure our highest standards are met.

If you receive a diamond that differs from the description and certification, we will:

• Replace it with a diamond of higher color and clarity, or
• Provide a prompt and full refund.

If you change your mind:

• In the event that you simply change your mind about your purchase, you must contact us within three-business days of receipt.
• Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by calling us.
• We will provide a Return Label for your package.
• Merchandise must be postmarked within three business days of receipt of Return Label.
• All items must be unused and returned in new condition with all accompanying materials.
• A 20% restocking fee will apply to the returned merchandise.

Your diamond jewelry will be shipped insured with signature-required delivery.  Please note that we only ship to physical addresses; P.O. Boxes are not accepted.

The carefully packed treasure will include your diamond and the accompanying gemological institute diamond report.

Once the Tracking Number is generated, it will be text/emailed to your smartphone/email address.
